The HJ049 series multi-directional die forging hydraulic press utilizes oil-electric servo technology with accumulator ratio control, horizontal cylinder synchronization control technology, and rapid pressure relief technology.
It can achieve hot-state fully automatic and rapid multi-directional die forging of metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum alloys. It is widely applicable in the valve body and valve cover forming processes in the petroleum pipeline industry, as well as various multi-directional forging forming fields.

Multidirectional forging hydraulic press
Multidirectional forging process: after the closed impression die is set, several punches simultaneously or successively press the billet from different directions. This results in obtaining complex-shaped forgings with multiple branches in a single heating and press stroke. Essentially, this process combines extrusion and forging, where some metal flows parallel to the punch movement direction while other metal flows at certain angles to the punch movement direction. Multidirectional forging can avoid flash formation, save raw material, reduce forging steps, and improve forging precision and mechanical properties.
