Application and Characteristics:

A multi-station hydraulic press can be seen as an integration of multiple hydraulic presses and a destacking and feeding system,which equivalent to an automated hydraulic press production line. It typically consists of a line-start destacking unit, a feeding mechanism, the hydraulic press itself, and a line-end discharge unit. It is primarily used for continuous production processes such as deep drawing, blanking, and bending. It utilizes an independent alignment control system to achieve parallel pressing of the hydraulic press slide relative to the worktable.
